How delivery works

After your purchase is completed, you will receive a unique redemption code. Follow the instructions provided with your code to redeem it. Once redeemed, the Lifetime Premium membership will be linked to your Endel account.

Refunds after purchase

This product is a digital lifetime membership. Once a redemption code has been issued to you or the membership has been activated, the purchase cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded: a delivered code cannot be taken back, and this store never resells a code. Please check your account and product details before purchasing.

Nothing on this page limits the statutory rights you have in your country.

Existing Endel subscriptions

This store cannot cancel a subscription billed by Endel, Apple, Google, or another provider. Contact the original provider about that subscription, its renewal, or a refund.
