What to do with an Endel Premium Lifetime code after purchase: choosing the right account, redeeming it, and getting help if it fails.

Where your code comes from

After you buy from endel.cc, the code and its redemption instructions are provided in the store's Discord community, where the purchase is completed. There is no account area or purchase history on the site to look through. endel.cc is an independent retailer and not the official Endel website, and every code is redeemed through Endel's own redemption flow.

Choose the right Endel account first

Decide which Endel account you intend to keep, because a redeemed code attaches to that account. Sign in to Endel with the method you normally use, such as the email address or provider tied to your existing listening history. If you have used more than one account, check which one holds your history before you continue.

Follow Endel's redemption flow

Open the redemption instructions provided with your code and follow them in the order given. The flow runs on Endel's side, so the pages, the wording, and the confirmation steps are Endel's rather than the store's. Before confirming, check that the account shown on the screen is the one you want the access applied to.

If the code does not go through

Copy the code again carefully, since a stray space is a common problem, and make sure you have not switched between sign-in methods. If the message says the code is expired, already used, or ineligible for your account, note the exact wording and contact the store at support@endel.cc or in the Discord community. Do not post the full code in public, because someone else could try to use it.

Check eligibility before you pay

Redemption is simpler when eligibility is settled beforehand. Confirm your country, your account type, and whether a subscription is already active on the account. A Lifetime code is not a coupon and it does not cancel an existing subscription, so check what is already running before you buy.

After redemption, check the app

Once redemption is confirmed, open Endel and make sure Premium is active on the account you redeemed for. If the app still shows limited access, close and reopen it, then check that you are signed in to the same account. Activation problems are an Endel support matter, while delivery problems remain a store matter.
